Changing Your Password
Wheaton College requires students and employees to change their password every six months for security purposes. You will receive an email approximately two weeks before your password is set to expire, giving you plenty of time to log in and change your password.
To change your password, simply visit our ChangePass website and log in with your network username and your current password, then follow the instructions to create a new password. Students have the option of automatically synchronizing their MyWheaton email password with their network password and it is strongly encouraged that they do so, in order to have a consistent password across both email and the MyWheaton Portal.
If you are in incoming student, please make sure that you have set up your account before attempting to change your password. To set up your account, please follow this link: http://www.wheaton.edu/newaccounts
If you are an employee of the college, your Outlook email password is NOT automatically synced with your network account. You must change your Outlook password yourself.
Resetting Your Password
If you can't remember your password, or you're having trouble logging in to change your password, simply visit LostPass and log in with your username and your Student, Employee, or Alumni ID number and answer your security questions to reset your password.
A Last Resort...
If you are not able to reset your password using LostPass because you don't remember your security questions or never set them, you can fill out the form below to have your password manually reset by our staff.
