Google Accounts

Students, faculty, and staff, each receive a Wheaton Google account with access to the full complement of web-based communication, storage, and collaboration apps.


Sign in at using the format: 

Communication Apps

  • Gmail - Email service used for all official communication to students. Mail sent to faculty or staff email addresses are automatically forwarded to their accounts.
  • Hangouts  -  voice and video calling between Google accounts.
  • Calendar - scheduling and time management.
  • Google+  -  social networking.


  • Drive  - Cloud storage for sharing files or syncing them across devices.

Collaboration Apps 

You can use these apps for simultaneous editing of shared files.

  • Docs  -  word processor.
  • Sheets  - spreadsheet.
  • Forms  - online surveys and forms.
  • Slides - visual presentations.
  • Sites  -  simple website creation.
