About Robert J. Gregory
Scholarly interests for Dr. Gregory include psychological testing, intellectual assessment, and research methods. His recent collaborative research with doctoral students has focused on the statistical synthesis of large bodies of existing research. Examples of these projects include: Wechsler scale Verbal IQ and Performance IQ patterns in Native Americans, mental illness in homeless persons, efficacy of therapeutic approaches with bereaved individuals, learning disabilities in deaf individuals, and efficacy of cognitive bibliotherapy for depression.
Dr. Gregory is an ardent watercolorist who believes that "ability is overrated." He is also an ambivalent jogger who lives by the motto "start slow and taper off."
