Degree Sequence

The program begins with participation in a six-week excavation in Israel during the summer prior to the first semester. The first fall semester is taken in Israel at Jerusalem University College. Remaining work is completed at Wheaton.

Degree Sequence

Summer 2011
  • Leave for dig and field experience (June & July).
  • Jerusalem University College is closed during the month of August so you have the option to find a place to stay in Jerusalem for a month, or return to the states.

Fall 2011
  • Take 10-14 hours at JUC.
  • Take intro to Greek or Hebrew if necessary

Spring 2012
  • Start at Wheaton in January.
  • Take second level of language if necessary (Greek or Hebrew)

Summer 2012
  • Take third level of language in May, if necessary

Fall 2012
  • Take Exegesis course

Spring 2013
  • May graduation
