Sigma Delta Pi is Wheaton's pre-health professions club. Sigma Delta Pi aims to improve and expedite relationships between pre-health professions students and their peers, professors, and members of the health care community. The club allows students to gain a balanced perspecive of their standing in life as a pre-health professional and their future status as a member of the health care community. Their perspective will be procured by providing ministry opportunites in which students can serce and experience all health care professions at work in society. The members of Sigma Delta Pi strive to honor and glorify God by taking an active role in serving and ministering to each other and the surrounding community.
Club Goals
- Facilitate fellowship and support for members
- Provide students guidance and direction to resources
- Provide opportunities for practical experience and ministry in the health professions
