About David Cook
David Cook is a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He is the President/Founder of NewLife, a Christian-based out-patient counseling practice in McHenry County. He is an ordained American Baptist minister and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He is the current President of the Illinois Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the current Chairperson of the Illinois Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing and Disciplinary Board.
