Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) and other Summer Programs
Research Experience for Undergraduates is offered on several college campuses during the summer. Small groups of students are chosen to work together and independently on a research project. Stipends are provided. Strong interest in these programs makes it difficult to gain acceptance. Wheaton College's Science Division also sponsors a summer research program.
