What Alumni Are Saying

Ryan Dawson

Ryan Dawson"My experience at Wheaton in the MA in Evangelism and Leadership program was an incredible gift to me on so many levels. The opportunity to engage with other ministry practitioners and wrestle through missiology and best practices was helpful and enriching in my church context. The course work and interaction with brilliant and creative professors and thinkers gave me a solid and confident footing in which to engage our postmodern and post Christian culture with the message of Christ. The program also gave me a more robust understanding of the Gospel and the Kingdom of God which has now transformed the way that I see and do ministry. Through my time at Wheaton I was strengthened as a leader and better equipped to face the challenges of church ministry, but most importantly I grew in my love for Jesus Christ. I would highly recommend this program!"

Sharon Simmonds

Sharon Simmonds"When Arrow announced a partnership with Wheaton for further studies in Evangelism and Leadership, I was intrigued and hopeful that this might be a good fit for me. It was! The program is a wonderful blend of theology and practice. It broadened my thinking about creative and contextual expressions of the gospel. My learning at Wheaton established a solid foundation that continues to enhance my development and influence as a Christian leader - to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus, and to lead more to Jesus. The people and content of the MA Evangelism and Leadership program proved to be a perfect next step after being involved in the Arrow leadership program."

Joshua Sklar

Joshua Sklar"For me, Wheaton College was both a deeply impacting experience and life changing education. Wheaton helped to shape, equip, and strengthen my ability to serve far more effectively in the Kingdom of God. The hands-on learning and classroom interactions were of such a highly practical nature that much of what I was studying I was able to immediately put into practice. Learning from Godly professors who are not only well educated but who bring a wealth of experience from many different ministries helped to broaden my view of the Kingdom while encouraging me to continue on in the work that God has called me to. And being a husband, father, and full time pastor, the distance education aspect made this program one that we were able to work into the flow of our family and ministry life. The faculty and staff at Wheaton truly inspired me to live out the school's motto, "For Christ and His Kingdom.""
