Enjoy your summer at the Science Station?
Geology and Environmental Studies/Science alumni who enjoyed a summer in the Black Hills are invited to return to the Wheaton College Science Station for an informal reunion July 10-13, 2014. The purpose is to enjoy the setting once again, share memories, and encourage the current group of Geology and Environmental Science majors engaged in studies there. We do not have room for housing, so you will have to book a room at one of the local bed and breakfasts or Rapid City hotels. We are not planning this event as a "family camp." The emphasis is on professionals mentoring students. Certainly, spouses, or mature children or grandchildren with an interest in science, would be welcome, but we will not have a special program beyond what is listed below. This offer is open to the first 20 who contact us (total includes alumni plus guests) at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
