Events and Information

Throughout the year, Wheaton College Chinese Culture Club seeks to showcase and promote traditional Chinese culture and society.

Two major annual events are the Mid-autumn Festival and the New Year Celebration.  Other events include Game Night, Dumpling Party, Bubble Tea Fundraisers, etc.  Special speakers are featured on a variety of topics such as Chinese Church, Chinese Calligraphy, etc.

Mid-Autumn Festival - Friday, September 28th, 2012

Lecture: China's Rise and the Global Church

Brent FultonThe Chinese Culture Club is hosting a lecture by Dr. Brent Fulton titled, "China's Rise and the Global Church". It will be in the Science Lecture Hall at 7:00 pm. On Wednesday, November 14th. Dr. Fulton is CEO and founder of China Source, a leader in strategic work on behalf of the church in China. He is widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable ministry leaders on the church in China. He also served as managing director of the Institute for Chinese Studies at Wheaton College from 1995 to 200, and prior to that as the founding US Director of China Ministries International. This event will be free and open to the public.
