About Sung Hoon Mo
Pianist Sung Hoon Mo has been an active recitalist and chamber musician. His concert activities have taken him to such major cities as New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. He has toured extensively throughout Europe, South America as well as Canada and Puerto Rico, performing as well as giving master classes. His performances have been featured on PBS and has been heard on many radio broadcasts including WQXR in New York City. He has recorded on the Enharmonic and the Klavier labels.
In Germany, he was invited to the Villa Musica Chamber Music Festival, where he collaborated with violinist Victor Tretjakov. His other collaborations include violinist Charles Castleman and cellist Pieter Wispelway. Sung Hoon Mo has been a guest lecturer and performer at the Sewanee Music Festival. He has also served as an adjudicator at the St. Charles International Piano Competition.
